### Volkswagen Group Services — Senior Software Engineering Manager
*09/2020 – Present | Remote (Madrid)*

- Founded the NADIN engineering department and scaled it from **3 to 25 engineers** organised into **3 squads** (7 devs + 1 QA each), inside a 70-engineer SAFe Agile Release Train spanning Barcelona, Wolfsburg, Salzburg and Iași.
- Delivered NADIN — the Group's order management, logistics, finance and invoicing platform — to **importers in 118 countries**, on a quarterly Program Increment cadence with monthly sprints.
- Led the migration of NADIN from on-prem Oracle / Tomcat to **AWS (RDS + EC2)**, cutting infrastructure spend by **~€400k per year** while improving scalability and availability.
- Owned technical hiring, estimation, tribe organisation and stakeholder alignment with the German product organisation; consulted directly with country importers on local market requirements.

- Led the regulatory **WLTP software-update programme** against a fixed EU emissions deadline, coordinating changes across **5 platforms** — dealer management, vehicle enrolment, taxes, logistics and factory-interface systems — for the UK market.
